This year’s edition of “International Banks in Germany” focuses on the changing landscape regarding supervision, CRD VI implementation and the new challenges regarding risk management.

The seminar will begin with insights into the upcoming MaRisk amendment and then examine the new regulations for third-country branches following the implementation of CRD VI. Furthermore, we will take a look at the current annual audit season 2025 and analyse the insights, key issues and findings from an auditor’s perspective. After our lunch break, we will discuss the fit & proper and board governance requirements, as well as developments regarding equal pay and pay transparency. Furthermore, the new AML Regulation and its implications for bank governance and management bodies as well as the developments in ESG risk management after the implementation of CRD VI are high on the agenda.

The seminar is designed for management, executive staff and experts in the fields of risk management, controlling and auditing, as well as all those interested in banking supervision topics.
